As a first post I wanted to introduce myself and this website to you.
I am an Agile Software Development Evangelist in the Medical Device industry. My key areas of interest are:
- Implementation and optimization of Agile Software and Lean Product Development Processes for regulated industries, e.g. Medical Devices.
- Project leadership and change management in culturally diverse teams and organizations.
